The Advisors are a mortgage banking firm comprised of the most committed and professional mortgage planners in the industry. We currently are centered in the Greater Seattle area but we provide financing to the entire Pacific Northwest and beyond.

Strength

We are a mortgage banker authorized to negotiate directly with Fannie Mae.  This is a privilege only available to respected companies that perform to the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. Only a very small percentage of mortgage bankers and savings banks achieve this relationship. What this means to you is superior rate and fee structures and a broader ability to approve loans.

Products

As a full service lender our product mix includes FHA, VA, Conventional, and Jumbo loan programs.  We also have the ability to broker loans and provide an advisory role for commercial transactions.
