Applying

There are several ways to start your mortgage process:

  1. If you are ready with your information you may complete a  Full Application Form online and an Advisor will contact you once we receive your application.
  2. Fill out the online Loan Inquiry form if you are just starting your search and would like an Advisor to conact you with information.
  3. Call us and we will take your application over the phone.
  4. Download the loan application, complete it as best you can, then mail or fax it in.

Documentation    

A list of generic documentation needed is below; once you and your Advisor have talked they will provide you with a specific list for your situation. In the meantime you can start to round up documentation as that will help speed up the process.

Income:
       Salaried: 
             o W-2's for the previous two years 
             o Previous 2 years tax returns
             o Most recent 2 paystubs

       Self-employed: 
            o Previous two years tax returns, including all schedules, 
            o YTD profit and loss statement. 
     o If you own rental property, provide recent rental agreements. 
     o Other income information, if applicable (child support, retirement, social
         security, etc)
Assets:
     o Most recent two months of bank statements (include all pages front and back)
     o Most recent two months statements of liquid assets (investment
        portfolio: stocks, money market, 401K, SEP, etc.)

Misc.
    o If applicable, provide a copy of your divorce decree and settlement agreement.
    o If you are not a US citizen, provide a copy of your green card (front and back)
       If you are not a permanent resident provide a copy of your visa.
    o If any borrower has filed bankruptcy, provide the Discharge Notice, Filing and
       Schedule of Creditors.
    o If you are applying for a home equity line of credit or loan (second loan), also
       include your first mortgage note. (This should be with your closing loan documents)
