As a Mortgage Analyst/Banker-Broker, I help my Clients analyze their opportunities and risk in Real Estate financing, to create real family wealth.  I want you to succeed in all of life.   I help my Clients define and confirm their mortgage needs with a big-picture financial Estate perspective and the best-priced and designed mortgage products for that need.  I serve my Clients in purchase, refinance and construction transactions.  I fully disclose my fees and help my Borrowers understand how the loan program will affect them, such that they have all the information needed to make great decisions.  I always put my Clients’ interest (npi) ahead of my own, and the benefits of my integrity are free. 

Licensed:   NMLS and State of WA:  Originator License Number MLO-53973, current 2007 through 2012, Life and Disability Insurance Agent License, State of WA, 2009-2010. Member: National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, NAIFA, 2007 – Present; Seattle Mortgage Bankers Association; Washington Association of Mortgage Professionals, National Association of Mortgage Brokers,  current 2009 – present.   

Certification: Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, CMPS Institute, September, 2007 through 2008. 

Education: Numerous Classes in all aspects of Mortgage Lending, Construction Lending, etc., 1975 to 1985;  Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, University of Denver, 1969 – 1973. 

Married to Sandy Chase for 38 years, dad to 4 kids, ball-thrower to 1 dog, I regularly mow my lawn and occasionally wash my cars with a vengeance, do home repairs and construction projects with lots of tools, enjoy biking to work in nice weather and to Portland in July.  I read, I joke, I listen, I give.  I hope for the very best, work to make that so in anyone’s life I connect with, do my life and its activities well, prepare and practice and be early, and try for performance that’s beyond me.  My kids have become very cool people.  I am a very blessed man, and I look forward to working for and with you.
